  • Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 300/-

  • Free Delivery: On orders above Rs. 1,999/-

  • Delivery Time: 5 to 7 working days (No deliveries on Sundays)

  • Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed via Call or WhatsApp if youโ€™re a new customer.

  • Holiday Processing: Orders received on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery during peak seasons or unexpected delays.


๐Ÿ”„ Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes, things donโ€™t go as planned. Thatโ€™s why weโ€™re committed to making your return or exchange process smooth and hassle-free.

โœ… 1. Return Period

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in unused, unopened, and original condition.

  • Returns must be sent via traceable courier or registered post at your own expense.

โš ๏ธ 2. Faulty Products

  • Received a defective item? Contact us immediately.

  • Faulty products must be returned within 15 days with original packaging and all included accessories.

  • Exchanges are possible for size, color, or different products โ€” subject to availability.

  • Once your request is confirmed, a rider will pick up the original item and deliver the replacement.

  • Exchange Delivery Fee: Rs. 350 (covers both pickup and delivery)

๐Ÿ’ฐ 4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 2โ€“4 working days after returned items are received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

  • Delivery charges (typically Rs. 300) are non-refundable.

  • In select cases, refunds may be processed upon confirmation of return shipment tracking.

Note: Refund timelines depend on your bank and may vary. If you havenโ€™t received your refund within the expected time, please:

  • Check your bank account statement

  • Contact your card provider

  • Then reach out to your bank

๐Ÿšซ 6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges

  • If a return is made due to change of mind or wrong item ordered by the customer, delivery charges will not be refunded.

  • Even if marked as โ€œFree Delivery,โ€ charges are included in the itemโ€™s price.

  • Delivery fees are only refundable when Alxoro is at fault (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).
