Free Delivery: On orders above Rs. 1,999/-

Delivery Time: 5 to 7 working days (No deliveries on Sundays)

Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed via Call or WhatsApp if youโre a new customer.

Holiday Processing: Orders received on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery during peak seasons or unexpected delays.

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in unused, unopened, and original condition.

Returns must be sent via traceable courier or registered post at your own expense.

Received a defective item? Contact us immediately.

Faulty products must be returned within 15 days with original packaging and all included accessories.

Exchanges are possible for size, color, or different products โ subject to availability.

Once your request is confirmed, a rider will pick up the original item and deliver the replacement.

Exchange Delivery Fee: Rs. 350 (covers both pickup and delivery)

Refunds are issued within 2โ4 working days after returned items are received and inspected.

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Delivery charges (typically Rs. 300) are non-refundable.

If a return is made due to change of mind or wrong item ordered by the customer, delivery charges will not be refunded.

Even if marked as โFree Delivery,โ charges are included in the itemโs price.

Delivery fees are only refundable when Alxoro is at fault (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).
